Candle Care & Tips
We want you to enjoy your candle for as long as possible while ensuring your safety.
WAX HAS MEMORY
The first time you light your candle, allow the wax to pool all the way to the outer edges of the glass jar. Allowing a full melt pool creates even burn (no tunneling) and maximum fragrance throw.
CANDLE PLACEMENT
Always burn candles on a level, heat-resistant stable surface.
Never leave a lit candle unattended.
Don't leave a candle burning while you are sleeping.
Keep away from children and pets.
Keep away from drafts like fans, vents, doorways, or windows.
LONGEVITY
Keep the wick trimmed in between burns. Not trimming the wick at all can lead to a larger flame and your candle burning too hot. Alternatively, If the wick is trimmed too short, it can become buried by the wax as the candle burns down so please trim carefully to around 1/4 of an inch.
If your candle’s flame starts to burn or flicker wildly and does not calm down, extinguish your candle, wait a few hours, and trim the cooled wick before relighting.
Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at one time.
KEEP IT SAFE
Discard or recycle your candle jar when there is 1/4" of wax left.
Do not use room sprays or other flammable sprays near open flame.
Never extinguish a candle with water.
